W-14 BP65

I know that I'm still behind on my game recaps, but I should be caught up by the end of next week. For now, it's time for another BP65. We have 14 weeks until Selection Sunday, and several of the smaller conferences have already begun intra-conference games. This is also the first BP65 where I expand the categories of teams I leave out of the bracket to three. The next expansion will be after January 15th, when I will have the full bubble (every team with any chance at an at-large bid will be listed).
