I'm not sure how the math works to get two top four seeds out of the Pac 10, especially if you project Washington to win the conference. That should mean California goes maybe 14-4 in conference, which gives them a record of 22-8. Will that really be a 4 seed? What good wins can they have? They have no bad losses, but no good wins, and I don't see any to be found in conference other than Washngton.

I think Cal is really getting their act together, and honestly they might be better than Washington right now and I do see them going something like 14-4. In the end I think Washington beats them head-to-head and takes the automatic bid, but I think people are really underrating Cal at the moment. Getting Theo Robertson back was huge.

If both teams go 14-4 or 15-3 then Washington gets the edge in the bracket because their out-of-conference performance was so much better.

But I did drop Washington to a 3 seed for this very reason, that I see those two teams converging, and there's almost no way that the Pac-10 gets two teams with a 3 seed or better.
