But if I had to set odds, it would've been somewhere in the millions.Evilmonkeycmahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12659818492125894265noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22972768.post-40210895600676771262008-02-28T22:45:00.000-05:002008-02-28T22:45:00.000-05:00Jeff,Vandy fan here. I agree with you about Vandy ...Jeff,

Vandy fan here. I agree with you about Vandy losing at Arkansas. I would put the odds at like 80% they will lose on Saturday. That said, and while I don't think Vandy is a final 4 team, I think they could make a good run in the tourney.

If you look at their performance under Kevin Stallings in the NCAAs, they've been quite clutch, and even though they don't play well on the road, they are pretty good at neutral sites. ANother intangible that I believe you have addressed is the close games - this team all year has talked about how they "know" they are going to win if the game is close late. That's an intangible that can't be quantified.

I think most VU fans would not be upset with a 5 seed, its essentially a 4 seed but with the dreaded 12 matchup in the first, but I think a good case can be made for a 4 based on record and RPI should they finish 11-5 in the SEC and 26-5 overall. Just some thoughts.Old Prospectorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14113419328240414377noreply@blogger.com
