Cal, shooting 2-25 in the first half vs. ND != 10 seed.

Actually, it's the opposite. There's a lot of luck in shooting. When a team shoots horribly it means that the result of the game will be below average for that team. If California shoots 8% from the field for the season then they will indeed have a problem... but I'd bet against it.

This is the same Cal team that beat Temple just three days ago.
