Mid-Major Top 25

In addition to the national Top 35, a Mid-Major Top 25 is in order as well. There will be teams on this list who, again, will be dangerous in March, yet would not make even a Top 35 list nationally. Of course, there's no reason to go beyond 25 teams here, because if your team isn't even on this top 25 list, you probably aren't going too far in March.
